We are fortunate to live in a city with so family-friendly attractions. February brings us Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus and the Universoul Circus. Children can see the brand new exhibit “Body Carnival” at Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta.

Frida KahloArt Exhibit: Frida & Diego: Passion, Politics and Painting opens Valentines Day at the High Museum of Art. Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera have a unique love story. Passionate and tumultuous, it inspired some of the world’s finest art. You can only see this exhibition of more than 140 works by Mexico’s most famous artists here in Atlanta! Celebrate their romance with live Mexican music, salsa dancing, a couple’s photo booth, Frida impersonators, and access to Frida & Diego.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person, $40 per couple, or just $10 for members. Ticket price includes a glass of champagne. Mexican food and desserts are available for purchase.

Monster Jam Atlanta: Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam – an annual Atlanta Event featuring the biggest and baddest Monster Trucks including Grave Digger, Stone Crusher and Maximun Destruction as they race for bragging rights. These Monster Trucks can generate up to 2000 horsepower and can go airborne for 125 feet. The Monster Jam 2011 Truck event begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Georgia Dome across from Philips Arena in downtown Atlanta.

: CheerSports 2013 National Championships features over 900 teams competing in an action packed weekend. Competitive cheerleading and dance Teams from all over the country come to Atlanta to compete for the CheerSports National Championship taking place at the Georgia World Congress Center.
