The job fair was a good idea with the exceptions of one thing. The crowd was unreal and too many people there for the few jobs you have open. I understand that people are needing jobs because I myself does. But There needs to be a screening process so that people as myself don’t end up wasting their time coming out and not getting a chance to even speak to anyone. How can I apply directly online with Legoland? I have the background you spoke about on Channel 2 news when advertising the job fair. I’ve worked with children for the pass 8 years, I have a certification with GPSC as a pre-k teacher, I worked in the school systems for 7 years and private school for 2, the YMCA’s play center and have a background in Clerical Administrative. Now I work as a Nanny just to have an income and is very unhappy with hiring practices here in Georgia. I also completed my Masters in Business Management, 2010 with a GPA of 3.4 and a Bachelors in Human Resource, graduated 1996 but I am unemployed and need a full time job with benefit.
