East Cobber Parade and Festival

East Cobber Parade and Festival celebrates arts and life in the beautiful community that lies just minutes north of Atlanta. The 2013 East Cobber Parade & Festival is free and takes place on September 21, 2013.

The East Cobber Parade is the biggest parade in Cobb County. The event features floats and local marching bands including the award-winning Lassiter High School Marching Trojan Band. The parade officially begins 10am at the Mount Bethel Elementary School located at 1210 Johnson Ferry Rd in Marietta, GA. From there the parade travels south from Princeton Lakes Dr. to Olde Towne Parkway on 736 Johnson Ferry Road.

The festival then begins at The Fountains of Olde Towne Shopping Center’s parking lot. Thousands of locals are expected to attend and enjoy the arts & crafts, food, music and fun. Children will love the Kids Zone featuring jumpies, face painting and carnival games.
