Atlanta Boat Show Makes A Splash

The 2010 Atlanta Boat Show is now officially underway at the Georgia World Congress Center. Atlanta Boat Show enthusiasts get ready to see hundreds of boats including pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats, deckboats, family cruisers, jet ski’s and much more.

New for this year is the Extreme Rail Jam. See riders from Malibu, Master Craft, Distortion Boarding and Ski Nautique perform a variety of wild tricks in a 30,000 gallon pool of water.

Extreme Rail Jam times are:
Thursday: 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Sunday: Noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Another popular exhibit is the Let’s Go Fishing Center. This exhibit features freshwater and saltwater angling seminars from local and national fishing
pros. Topics covered include finding hot spots, tackle, along with the newest techniques.

For those with the need for speed be sure to check out the Miss Geico Speed Boat.
This 44 foot monster has twin powered 1500hp helicopter engines and tops out at 200 mph.
