Atlanta Fireworks Shows 4th of July Celebration at Lenox Square

Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead is the best place to view the largest fireworks show in the Southeast. Live music starts at 6:00pm and Party on the Moon is the headliner for this years event. There will also be a Kids Zone with activities for the children and plenty of food to go around.

Times: Lenox Square shops and restaurants open from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Live Music begins at 6:00 pm

The largest Fireworks display in the Southeast starts at 9:40 pm

4th of July Celebration at Centennial Olympic Park

The all-day Independence Day Celebration in Downtown Atlanta has all kinds of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Festivities for children begin at 2 p.m. near the Fountain of Rings and include inflatables, face painting, stilt walkers, arts and crafts and more.

Live musical performances begin 3 p.m. and are followed by what is billed as “Atlanta’s best fireworks display” synchronized to a special blend of patriotic music.

Music Lineup for the 4th of July Celebration at Centennial Olympic Park

3:45 p.m. Von Grey – four sisters from Atlanta, Ga. form this band which is sure to bring a smile to your face. Harmonies and rhythm are mixed with different styles of music that include bluegrass, Celtic, country and rock.

5:00 p.m. The Regulars – five member band hailing from the suburbs of Atlanta features a clever mix of pop and soul. The Regulars frequent many Atlanta hot spots including Andrew’s, Eddie’s Attic, RiRa’s and Upstairs.

6:30 p.m. The Key – modern rock band whose style of of music is is reminiscent of the late 90′s alternative era. Their style of music is frequently compared to Matchbox 20 and Coldplay.

8:30 p.m. Crystal Bowersox – headliner for this years outstanding musical lineup. The talented folk country artist placed second on last year’s American Idol TV Show.

Many hotels in downtown Atlanta offer a great view of this fireworks extravaganza.
