Pay to drive in the HOV lanes?

So let me ask the question…who are the brainiacs that came up with this idea? Gwinnettites are going to vote for actually paying to drive in the HOV lanes for faster commutes during rush hour.
The more crowded the highway is, the more they can charge. The proposal is to toll the HOV lanes from Pleasant Hill Rd to 285 on 85 North and South and will begin construction in 2011 if passed. Are you kidding me, what’s next? Let me guess they are going to start charging for clean air. Oh I forgot, there isn’t any. Maybe the politicians will want to charge for using the restrooms.
Before you realize it, Atlanta will become one big pay toll. Every ten feet you walk you are going to have to give a dollar to the government. Better hold onto your wallets before those bloodsucking money laundering politicians get a hold of it.
